"Helpful staff"
"The Lanna Palace is situated about somewhat away from the tourist areas although it is situated on the same street as the Night Bazaar. The room provided did not have the facilties requested when the booking was made but the staff provided another when asked. To be fair, this happened at all the hotels I stayed at this trip. One never seems to get king size beds the first time around! The only disappointing feature of the Lanna Palace was the mediocre food provided at the breakfast buffet. The choice was limited when compared with other hotels."

"Neat and clean"
"Last stayed at the hotel from Nov 6 - 10th Nov, 2005 but this time was there for only one night on Dec 4th. The hotel exudes a clean, spacious feel. As I am more familiar with the place this time around, moving about is easy with the many tuks-tuks that ply the road. Breakfast buffet has a reasonably good selection."

"Lanna Palace"
"A hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and reception areas all very clean but very austere. Breakfast could have been more appetising but the buffet lunch was good value for money."
